1 cup raw almonds
5 pieces fresh pitless dates, or 3 teaspoons honey
1/3 teaspoon sea salt
In a medium bowl, wash and soak almonds in 3 cups water for 8 hours or overnight. Rinse almonds in water and strain.
Blanch almonds in boiling water for 2 minutes. Strain almonds and put in a blender with 3 cups water. Add the dates and salt. Blend for one minute until the water becomes milky white.
Strain almond milk through a nut bag into a bowl.Transfer into your container.
