Casings/Wrapper
4 whole chickens
1 beef round cylinder shaped for morcon (sliced thinly 1/2inch)
embotido wrapped in cheesecloth or aluminum foil

Fillings
4 lbs ground pork
1 packet virginia ham (finely chopped)
4 cans chorizo de bilbao (finely chopped)

Flavors/Spices
1 big finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped pimientos (canned)
1 cup finely chopped pepper
6 tablespoons pickle relish

Seasonings
4 tablespoons salt
2 tablespoons freshly ground pwpper
8 tablespoons dark soy sauce
juice of 2 lemons

Veggies
4 cups finely grated carrots
1 can green peas
2 cups raisins

Binders
4 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons cornstarch
8 tablespoons cornstarch
4 cups cheddar cheese

Garnish
12 hardboiled eggs
6 cans vienna sausages
1 bottle pitted green olives
