Almond Milk

1 cup raw almonds, soaked in filtered 3 cups water overnight
3 cups filtered water
pinch of salt
5 to 7 pieces dates (pitted)

Wash the almonds very well. Discard water. Blanch in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes.

Put in the blender or food processor and add the 3 cups filtered water. Blend for about 1 minute.

Strain through a nut bag into a clean bowl to remove the pulp.

Put in a glass bottle drink container and keep in the refrigerator.
