Artisan Lettuce Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella, Blueberries and Pine Nuts

8 cups mixed artisan lettuce
4 campari tomatoes (quartered)
1 cup blueberries
2 sliced buffalo mozzarella
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/2 cup lemon vinaigrette

Wash and spin dry lettuce then cut to serving pieces.  Put in a big serving bowl, then add quartered campari tomatoes, blueberries, buffalo mozarella and toss with the lemon vinaigrette.  Arrange the buffalo mozzarella on top.  Serve immediately.
