Ceasar's Salad Dressing

2 cloves minced garlic
3 anchovies
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (you can use egg yolks if you want)
1/4 cup white wine or lemon juice
1 cup extra virgin olive oil

Process everything in a small food processor (or mix in a bowl).  Add the olive oil a little at a time until
well blended.  Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Stir well before serving.
