Lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated black peppercorns
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Put everything in a mini food processor and pulse 1 few times or in a bottle with closed cap on and shake for 2 to 3 minutes until fully incorporated.
