Japanese-style Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons celery, chopped
2 tablespoons ginger, chopped
1/2 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil oil
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce + 1 teaspoon
2 teaspoons juice of fresh lemon
1 small tomato, chopped
2 tablespoons raw sugar
freshly grated black peppercorns

Procedure

Put everything in a food processor and pulse for about 30 seconds or more until well blended and emulsified. Chill in the refrigerator.  Stir well before using.
