Pico de Gallo Salsa

INGREDIENTS

6 Roma tomatoes, chopped finely
1 small yellow onion, chopped finely
2 cups chopped cilantro
1/2 Serrano or Jalapeno pepper, chopped finely (you can add more to your taste)
juice of 1 lime (add more to your taste)
1 teaspoon salt

DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.  Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
*Serve with tortilla chips
