Radish Salad

INGREDIENTS

1 radish, peeled and sliced very thinly
1 tablespoon rock salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix the radish and the salt in a bowl.  Let stand for 2 hours.  Squeeze radish and remove liquid.  Wash and drain.  Add the sugar, vinegar, salt, and sesame oil.  Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
