Siomai

INGREDIENTS

2 pounds twice ground pork

1 pound shrimps, shelled, deveined, chopped finely
1 small onion, chopped finely
1 small carrot, shredded
4 stalks green onion, chopped finely
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 teaspoons white pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon cornstarch
Siomai wrappers, round

DIRECTIONS


Mix everything together in a bowl except the siomai wrapper.  Put one tablespoon filling on each siomai wrapper. 


Steam for 20 minutes. Serve with lemon.
