1 egg
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon condensed milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Procedure
In a bowl, beat the egg and add the water, condensed milk, sugar, salt, and melted butter.
In another bowl, put the flour and make a well in the center. Pour the egg mixture and mix together to form into a dough ball. Knead in the bowl with your hands for 8 minutes and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rest for 30 minutes.
Divide into 8 golf-size balls. Knead each ball and flatten with a rolling pin as thin as you can. Brush with melted butter or olive oil. Make a cut half a diameter and roll around the flat dough to form a cone. Push the top of the cone with your fingers in and flatten on the working surface. With the rolling pin, flatten again as thin as you can.
Cook on a buttered skillet 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve with drizzled condensed milk on top.
