Cassava Cake

Batter:
1 packet grated cassava (frozen)
1 bottle macapuno (12 ounces)
1 can coconut milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs

Topping:
1 packet cream cheese
1 can condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350* F

Mix all the batter ingredients for very well.  Grease a  13"  X  9" pan with unsalted butter and add the batter.  Bake in the oven for 1 hour. 

Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese and condensed milk and pour on top of the cooked cassava cake. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool.
