Sponge Method

2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
6 tablespoons raw sugar
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 cups warm water
10 tablespoons instant dry milk

1 egg
1/3 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons sea salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

breadcrumbs

Bake at a preheated oven at 350* F for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
